Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 14oz bag frozen bell peppers and onions
Place salsa on the bottom of the crockpot. Add chicken, taco seasoning, and bell peppers and onions.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken and serve on tortillas. Top with plain greek yogurt and cilantro.
