French Dip Sliders

Well.. I forgot to take a picture of this one. Haha BUT! Just trust me.

Grab some Deli Roast Beef, Provolone cheese, rolls, and beef consommé or beef broth. This is what we used last time.

Cut each roll in half and put on a greased cookie sheet. Add cheese to one half of the roll and a few slices of roast beef to the other half. Cook on broil for just a minute or two until the cheese is bubbly. While that's cooking, heat up the broth or consommé.

Take the sliders out and sandwich the two halves together. Dip in broth and enjoy!

So stinking easy and good. Serve with some veggies for a more complete meal!
