Parmesan Chicken Hot Pockets

This recipe is super simple and comes together in just a few minutes. There are so many different combinations that you could do with this recipe, so feel free to experiment with what you have on hand!
Dough
11/2 cups flour (I used bread flour, but any will work!)
1 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tsps baking powder
Sprinkle of garlic salt
Filling
8oz grilled chicken
3/4 cup marinara sauce
1cup mozzarella cheese
Topping
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning or sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 425. Mix flour and baking powder together. Add in greek yogurt and a sprinkle of garlic salt (optional) and stir with a fork. Once it's crumbly, take out of bowl and knead by hand until the dough is soft and no longer sticky. You may need to add a little more flour. Divide into 4 larger or 8 smaller balls. Roll out into a circle.
Top each circle with about a tablespoon of marinara sauce down the center, 1-2 oz of chicken(depending on dough size), another tablespoon of marinara sauce, and about 2-3 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Fold in the sides until they overlap. Spray the tops with cooking spray and top with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning or sesame seeds.
Bake until golden, 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
